3. Defective Products

•If the device is found to have software issues (e.g., incorrect software version), we will perform a free software upgrade to attempt to resolve the issue. If this fails, we will process the return under OBF.
 
8. Faulty Products Beyond the OBF Period
•For products that develop faults after the OBF period, they will need to be sent for repair to the manufacturer at the customer’s expense.
•We cannot accept returns for products that have been physically damaged, including scratches, dents, or water damage.
 
9. Incorrectly Supplied Products
•In rare cases where a wrong product is delivered or the product is not as described on our website, please notify us immediately.
•We will arrange to collect the product at no charge and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
