*All prices are shown in ZAR(South African Rand) current rates but exclude delivery / customs duties charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

*All products supplied will come with a standard 12 month manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.

*If your device should develop a fault within the first 3 days, simply send the device back to us and we will replace it with exactly the same model, if in stock.

*In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

*Your goods will be delivered to you at the address provided by you when registering.

*We at Fashion Stride know how much your device means to you and for that reason we Endeavour to deliver within 3-5 working days. 5-10 days for sensitive products 

*Payment for orders is either required via electronic fund transfer (EFT) or via direct deposit into our bank account. Banking details shall be provided upon completion of order, however, should they be required, please email sales@fashionstride.co.za

-Delivery of goods

-Fashion Stride offers 1 (one) method of delivery of Goods to you. This method is delivery via courier.

-Where it accepts your order, Fashion Stride will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 20 working days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period.
-Fashion Stride’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Fashion Stride is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

-We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.

-debit card; where payment is made by debit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the debit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. -by prepaid registered post, will be deemed to have been received 10 days after the date of posting;
-by telefax before 16h30 on a business day will be deemed to have been received, on the date of successful transmission of the telefax. All telefaxes sent after 16h30 or on a day which is not a business day will be deemed to have been received on the following business day; and

-While Fashion Stride is a service that purchases and resells pre-owned technology, Fashion Stride may in its sole discretion use third party parts when a repair is required either to resell a device or to repair a warranty returned unit without the need to mention within the product description of the repair made or parts used.

–Product descriptions

All product descriptions are there to best represent the product advertised, Fashion Stride takes no responsibility for any cases where a user failed to read the description of a product upon purchasing.

–General

-Fashion Stride may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason and without prior written notice, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website or the user’s right to use the Website or any of its contents subject to us processing any orders then already made by you.
-You may not cede, assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations in terms of these Terms and Conditions to any third party.
-Any failure on the part of you or Fashion Stride to enforce any right in terms hereof shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

-No indulgence, extension of time, relaxation or latitude which any party (the “grantor”) may show grant or allow to the other (the “grantee”) shall constitute a waiver by the grantor of any of the grantor’s rights and the grantor shall not thereby be prejudiced or stopped from exercising any of its rights against the grantee which may have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future.
